At Peebles Pet Services, our goal is to provide the highest quality products and service at the most affordable prices possible. Despite the current economic situation, we have made every effort not to raise our fees for service and merchandise. However, due to certain supply chain issues out of our control, we have had to modify our fees slightly. Important Notice: Unclaimed pet cremains or remains left in our possession after 30 days will be charged a $25 storage fee per day. Pet cremains or remains left unclaimed for 60 days will be considered abandoned and subject to respectful burial or scattering at an undisclosed location. Therefore, your pet's cremated remains or remains will be unrecoverable after 60 days!
Note: Tax will be applied to all merchandise and special order items.

Non-return Cremation Fees
This is a cremation where your pet may be cremated with other pets and their collective cremains respectfully spread at a location of our choice.

Pet Pickup Transport Fees
Families are welcome to bring their pets directly to our facility where we provide a respectful opportunity for final viewing and closure in our serene Pet Parlor at no additional charge.
Bringing your pet to our facility during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Staff to come and pick up your pet from a residence within a 25-mile radius during normal business hours pet to our facility during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

We are available to serve you 24 hours a day, but to respect the personal time of our employees, we do charge modest after hours and holiday fees.

Return Transport Fees
We encourage families to retrieve their pet's cremains from our facility as we like to make sure everything was completed to their satisfaction. However, we understand that is not always possible or convenient, so we are prepared to return cremains to a home or business during our normal office hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday) for the below fees.

Basic Burial Fees for Petland Cemetery
Our compassionate burial services for beloved pets include the right of interment in Peebles Petland Cemetery, opening and closing of the grave, appropriately sized container or pet casket and a personalized 8"x4"x4" flat gray granite monument. This also includes placement in our pet chapel for a final viewing. Specialty headstones and caskets are available upon request.
