Seiko was a born fighter. He was the only pup to survive his litter due to parvo in February 2012. Seiko adopted us when he was a little over a year old and changed our families lives forever. He was the most loyal, gentle and fun companion to our two boys and the perfect friend for them because he had as much energy as they had, up until his very last days. Seiko was a clumsy and curious fellow which led to many trips to the vet and/or ER. He loved to love and be loved...especially to and by his people. He was everyone's favorite. Seiko's all-time favorite thing was to be with his people, to take walks, swim in our pond, baths, car rides, sing in his special Chewbacca voice when anyone was eating, and to explore outside..."playing" with all the critters. He developed seizures in March of this year due to unknown causes, which we now believe to be cancer. He passed suddenly early Thursday morning on July 14th. While we were not ready to say goodbye, we are so grateful for the good gift of companionship the Lord gave us in Seiko and for all of the wonderful years and memories with and of him. Our Seiko-boy truly was our most favorite hello, and one of our most difficult goodbyes.
