Coco was almost 15 years old when we rescued her. She had been adopted by a family when she was a wee kitten in 2007 and when the children came along Coco was put “outside”. She was declawed and put outside and there she lived until we found out she was living outside with no means of protection and Raccoons eating what little food her owner put outside for her. At almost 15 years old this Sassy little girl became the Queen Bee at Casa McCrary. Outside no longer but inside and loved to pieces with soft bedding and a perch on the back of the couch at the big window for her to watch the birds each day. Coco felt love and patience her 4 last years with us. As her sight grew dim and she slowed down she was treated like the Queen she truly deserved to be! We miss her so very much. It’s just not the same without her iPad playing her tunes in her bedroom each day. We miss her sitting on the stairwell glaring at the dogs but mostly we miss her prissy strut. We know you can see clear as a bell now Coco and you can jump up high once again! As Pops said- “Coco wasn’t ready to leave us, she just ran out of gas.” We will see you again sweet girl. We love you always! Nani & PopsCoco McCrary
