Baby Allen

When they say dogs leave paw prints on our hearts, it is so very true.  My Baby was found in a field with her siblings.  She was tiny, but had the cutest four white paw tips.  The family wouldn’t pick out a name, so Baby it was.   And she was the baby for sure!  She learned real fast about sitting, shaking hands(paws) and to give kisses and ‘other paw’……. She would never ever roll over for me though!  Baby was my dog bond, you knew she was my dog.   As she got older, her personality changed as mine did as I got older.  I miss her greeting me when I get  home.  I miss her sleeping at the end of our bed.  She would have to touch your leg and then she would just ‘plop’ down next to you.   She loved going places in my parent’s motorhome and loved laying outside in the sun as she is in this picture.  Dogs love you unconditionally and as I grieve for her, I am also thankful to have had her in my life and plan on seeing her again one day.  Missing you, but still loving you and the memories you gave us.   Love you Baby!
