Anjelette was my sweet angel sent to me in December of 2002, I drove to Hope Arkansas on a Saturday evening to meet her the next Sunday morning.
She was so worth the drive, as soon as I met her I knew she was mine, actually, I knew from her beautiful little face I saw online. My life changed forever, I am grateful to have this sassy, happy, loving, playful poodle in my life. We slept together on the floor because she was too small to sleep on my bed, I was afraid she might fall off. So our life began, we traveled together to visit family & friends. She loved the beach, St. Simmons Island dog beach was our favorite spot to hang out. She was my little companion, best friend and I loved her so much. We shared our lives together for her 17 years and nine months of her life. I didn't know it then but her last night with me, she wasn't doing well so I slept with her on the floor to be close to her and I see that it was meant to be since that is how we started our lives together. Moving forward is very difficult for me, she is everywhere in our home. She was woven so tightly into our lives, she was our routine. I am lost right now, I will sit here with her essence and her memories to cry, grieve, and honor her life that I am grateful to have shared with my sweet angel, Anjelette. She will be in my heart for the rest of my life until I see her again in Heaven.
